Kevin Foster is a Program Associate for the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at the Institute for Educational Leadership. He provides operational and administrative support for several federal grants housed at CWD, including the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (funded by the Dept. of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy) and the Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (funded by the Dept. of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention) in addition to coordinating various marketing initiatives for CWD.
Before joining IEL, Kevin worked for Kaplan Schweser as a Program Manager for a university-based CFP® Education Executive certificate program, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program at eight universities, as well as the promotion and marketing of the programs. Kevin has also worked in the market research arena as a project manager and research analyst.
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He serves on the executive team for the DC chapter of One Brick, is an active volunteer in the DC area, and is heavily involved in the DC club of the Tulane Alumni Association.”
