Wilcox is the Program Assistant for Leadership Programs at IEL. She works on the Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP), the Lumina Project and the SPARK/DC Leadership Learning Circle. Her duties include providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support for meetings, research, and the EPFP Web site.

Wilcox’s prior work experiences include serving:  as the Co-Director of Students for Equity and Diversity for the Multicultural Information Center at the University of Texas at Austin; as a Teacher with Breakthrough Austin; as the Grants and Contracts Writing Assistant for the Population Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin; and as an Orientation Advisor in the New Student Services Office of the University of Texas at Austin. 

Wilcox has a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas, Austin.
