TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
You are looking at the access Web page of the Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP) Online Alumni Database provided by the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL). In order to become a User, you must read the following provisions carefully. By agreeing to abide in full by these Terms and Conditions of Use, you will be able to become a User of the EPFP Online Alumni Database.
THE USER AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:
1. NOTE: Please keep in mind that the information you post and choose
to make available to other Users of the EPFP Online Alumni Database (including
your Name, Title, Organization, and also an email address, if you choose
to make it available) will be accessible to anyone who looks at the EPFP
Online Alumni Database.
2. The aforementioned information about a User will be accessible to other
Users once a User has decided to post it and make it accessible to other
Users.
3. All Users will have access to content within the EPFP Online Alumni
Database. Users may search the database and retrieve search results only
by using the search module that is a part of the EPFP Online Alumni Database.
Any other method of searching will constitute a breach of the Terms and
Conditions of Use.
4. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise
reproduce material from the EPFP Online Alumni Database; store such material
in any form or medium in a retrieval system; download and/or store the
entire or a substantial portion of the EPFP Online Alumni Database; or
transmit such material, directly or indirectly, for use by any information
brokerage or for systematic distribution, whether for commercial or nonprofit
use or for a fee or free of charge. Automated searching or indexing of
this EPFP Online Alumni Database and its contents using bots, crawlers,
or other methods is prohibited. Doing any of these things will constitute
a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
5. Users may not do anything to restrict or inhibit any User's access
to or use of the EPFP Online Alumni Database. Doing any such thing will
constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use.
6. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the EPFP Online
Alumni Database whether through hacking, password mining, or any other
means. Doing any such thing will constitute a breach of the Terms and
Conditions of Use.
7. If any User refuses or fails to abide by these Terms and Conditions
of Use or violates any provision of this agreement, IEL has the right
to suspend or terminate the User's access to the EPFP Online Alumni Database
immediately and without notice.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
IEL is not responsible for any charges associated with accessing the EPFP Online Alumni Database, including, but not limited to, any computer equipment, telephone or Internet connections, and access software.
Neither IEL, nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the EPFP Alumni Online Alumni Database, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of anyone's use of or inability to use the EPFP Alumni Online Database and any or all of the materials contained therein.
