• Monthly AERA/IEL Education Policy Forum/Luncheon Discussions:
  The forum series runs September-July and are held at The Library of Congress, Madison Building, 2nd Street and Independence Avenue, SE, 6th Floor, Montpelier Room (Dining Room C). (The closest subway station is Capital South on the Blue/Orange Line.) The past year's guests ranged from Bob Wise, President, Alliance For Excellent Education (and former Governor, WV), concerning high schools and NCLB---to Arthur Levine, president of the Woodrow Wilson Foundation and former president and professor at the Teachers College Columbia University, discussing his series of studies about schools of education.
