Application Instructions
Two versions of the application forms are available for you to print out:

• PDF format (57KB).
  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF application.
  You can download Acrobat for free here.
  

DC Application
Applicants to the DC EPFP™ should use the following electronic application:

You also may obtain a hard copy of the application from the state site that interests you. Please complete the entire application and send it to your state coordinator. The endorsement section must be completed for your application to be considered.

Sponsor a Fellow
Fellows participating in IEL's leadership development programs work full time -- at all levels and in all sectors -- in the broad array of organizations, agencies and institutions whose work focuses on the issues that have an impact on the education and well-being of children and youth. Each year, employing agencies work with IEL's Leadership Program coordinators to identify individuals for participation in the state site programs. Each Fellow's employing organization pays the program fee, plus travel costs associated with the two national meetings, and provides the release time necessary for participation in all program activities.
