Connecticut's 2005-2006 EPFP™ is serving 11 fellows from a variety of school districts and regional service centers in the state. This year's theme is built around leadership development and public policy. Emphasis is placed on developing those skills and strategies essential for initiating and sustaining viable collaborative efforts at the local and state levels. The program meets on a monthly schedule between October and May. Distinguished leaders from varied fields, both public and private, address and interact with fellows in six in-state seminars. Each seminar lasts for two and a half hours and a light dinner meal is served. The program is affiliated with the Connecticut State Department of Education and the Center for Leadership and School Improvement.
